Detroit Chiavari is a family-owned business specializing in high-quality Chiavari Chairs, Farm Tables, Cross Back Farm Chairs, Louis Pop Chairs, Ghost Chairs, Whiskey Barrels, soft seating and other decor at a competitive price.
We take pride in providing unmatched customer service and look forward to helping to make your next event exceptional. Our inventory is well taken care of, and it shows. We serve Metro Detroit and surrounding areas including, but not limited to Rochester, Royal Oak, Livonia, Berkley, Oak Park, Madison Heights, Grosse Pointe, Warren, Troy, Sterling Heights, Rochester Hills, Auburn Hills, West Bloomfield, Canton, Novi, Farmington and Clarkston.
Our Story
We posted an ad on craigslist offering gold Chiavari chairs for rent and we met our first customers, a newly engaged couple, at Westborn Market to show them our new chairs and exchange our first payment. Our inventory quickly grew from 250 gold Chiavari chairs to 25 handmade farm tables and we had to move our business from our garage to a storage unit nearby. We spent our whole first summer as an engaged couple hustling chairs & tables, just us two- talk about romance!
As our inventory and our team continued to grow, we moved from a storage unit to a warehouse and finally in 2022 purchased our very own warehouse in Madison Heights. We now offer nearly 20 seating options and 20 table options along with soft seating. Our passion for people and relationships, along with our backgrounds in automotive, lean manufacturing, quality, supply chain & purchasing have truly set us apart in the industry as we offer top notch quality products and service.
Outside of work, we spend all our time with our two beautiful (and wild) boys- ages 4 and 1- who keep us very busy! We love to take walks to the park and Clark’s Ice Cream, eat pizza and camp in various spots in Michigan in our RV!
